  • No, you are not locked in. Your safety is our priority, and you can leave the escape room at any time if necessary.

  • All games are private, so you will not be paired with any other groups!

  • We strongly recommend booking in advance using our online booking system. This is the easiest method and allows you to view available times and enter your own personal information. Book Now.

  • To enter a promo code, follow these steps:

    1. Select your game time and correct player amount, then click Continue.

    2. Answer any booking questions and click Continue.

    3. Fill out your personal information for booking details and confirmation email, then click Continue.

    4. Enter your promo code in the "Have a Promo Code?" text box.

    5. Fill out your payment information and click Complete to finalize your booking.

  • Yes! No problem and no need to call ahead! All experiences are private, and you can have as many as 10 players in each game. Additional payments can be completed upon arrival.

  • If you can’t make your scheduled time, we’re happy to reschedule your booking with at least 48 hours’ notice. Requests made within 48 hours of your scheduled time will not be accommodated. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. In the event of an emergency, we will do our best to accommodate. To request a reschedule, please contact us directly.

  • We offer flexibility to accommodate different schedules, especially for team-building events. If you have specific scheduling requests, feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to work with you.

  • To ensure you get the full 60 minutes of game time, we kindly ask that your group arrives 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time, and any group arriving more than 30 minutes late will be considered a no-show.

  • You don’t need to bring anything with you—everything you need will be provided in the game area. We do recommend dressing in layers (like hoodies, sweaters, or jackets) since the room may be cooler than expected. Please note that food, beverages, and alcohol are prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

  • Cell phones and cameras are prohibited once inside the escape games. We ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos, but we’ll happily take photos for you once the game is complete. Storage bins will be provided for all belongings.

  • We welcome families and encourage children to join the fun! There is no strict age requirement. The level of difficulty varies across puzzles, and what may challenge an adult might spark a child's imagination!

    • Children 6-11 need a ticket and must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+).

    • Children 5 and under play for free or can be added at no additional cost for groups of 4 or more paid adults.

    All children ages 0-15 must have a parent or legal guardian sign them in, even if they are not entering the experience.

  • Yes, we welcome families! Babies and toddlers must remain in a carrier or stroller; young children should be closely supervised to avoid mishandling props or electronics. While we encourage families to play together, very young children may find it challenging to fully participate in the puzzles. Our goal is to ensure an enjoyable experience for all, and we’re happy to answer any questions about how we can support families.

  • Our escape games are located on the Lower Level of the Masonic Square Mall. Take the stairs all the way down to the Lower Level, or use the elevator located in the building for easier access. Once you’re on the Lower Level, you'll spot our check-in window waiting to welcome you!

  • Yes! Our location is on the Lower Level of the Masonic Square Mall, which has an elevator for easy access. Our escape rooms are designed to be as accessible as possible, but if you have specific mobility concerns, please contact us in advance so we can ensure the best experience for your group.

  • We intentionally keep our doors closed to maximize your immersive experience and ensure smooth transitions between games. To welcome you properly, we feature a dedicated check-in window where you'll receive all the details you need before your adventure begins. Until then, our team is hard at work behind the scenes, making sure every detail is perfect for your visit.
